Three distinct pedaling selections (climb, trail, descend). The Trail setting can be further tuned (3 choices; 1, 2, 3) and there is a compression knob for adjusting the rebound. T... view morehe climb setting really limits the pedal bob when climbing, but trail setting also works well. I can barely detect the shock reacting to my pedal strokes. Shock seems to use most of its 2.5 stroke but rarely bottoms out. Shock has a narrower body diameter and the color matches the anodizing of my front fork. Additionally, I got a great price on this from Cambria Bike. After about 10 rides, I'm really happy with it. view less
